Pathway: Customer > Search (Accounts) > Calendar (Section)
The Customer Calendar tool displays actionable items applied to an account (hover to see details, or click to open), records users who has have viewed the account, and includes right-click functionality (when using a mouse) to access additional features such as adding an active service, or recording a customer request. The Calendar can be viewed in either Calendar view, or List view.

NOTE TO ISABEL - include a section on the gray bar that can change how the calendar is viewed (please include an image of the list view), displaying past/future months and the Calendar Event drop down that controls what users want to see displayed. I would recommend leading with this and not putting this at the bottom. |
