The Account Request Management tool displays customer initiated Account Requests for all accounts. When the tool opens, all open requests display. Use the filtering options displayed located along the top of the screen to limit what displaysthe requests shown.

Filter Options

Description

Division

The Service Area this Account is fromFilters to display requests for the selected Division.

Assigned To

Who the Request was assigned tooFilters to display requests assigned to the selected user.

Type

Type of Request sent by customer.

Status

The status of whether this Request has been Not Completed or Completed, or Completed within a specific time frame.

Fields Descriptions

ID

The Request ID. number.

Type

The Type of Request sent by customer.

Assigned To

Who the Request has been assigned too.

Date

The date the Request was sent inFilters to display requests matching the selected Type.

Status

Filters to display requests by their Status. Find completed requests by selecting from the options.

ID

Displays the system generated ID assigned to the request.

Type

Displays the customer selected reason for the request.

Assigned To

Displays the name of the user the request has been assigned to.

Date

Displays the date the request was created.

Account/Site

The Displays the Account or Site this request is concerning/Site ID and name.

Contact

The contact to contact back about handling this Request.

Note

Any notes added to this RequestDisplays the name of the contact for the account. An email displays when the contacts email address was entered in the name field.

Note

Displays the note the customer entered in the request.

Completed By

Whom the task has been completed byDisplays the name of the user who resolved the request and changed it to a Completed status.

Completed On

The Displays the date this a request was completed.
