Now you can added Worker Availability notes for that day by hover over a listed event in the Worker Calendar, any added notes for that Route’s workers exceptions in availability that day will show.

Where are the notes created? - There is a tool on the screen (it’s even captured in this picture)…I will give you the name of the popup but would like for you to find it - Add Worker Availability Exception. To add Worker Availability Notes

  • click on the + icon to open tool.

  • select type of worker availability exception.

  • select a date this exception will start.

  • select a date this exception will end.

  • add a note with any details about this exception period.

  • hit ‘save’ to apply to the workers calendar and schedule.
