Field Descriptions
Modifications | Descriptions |

Change Type | Increase or decrease |
Amount | Indicates the amount rates will be adjusted by. If rates are being decreased, place a minus sign before entering a numeric value. |
Export | Select and anything displayed on the screen will be exported to Excel. |
Import | Select to import an excel document into the Site Service Rate Update Batch tool. |
Post | Select Post once all rate changes are complete and the batch will change from an Open to a Posted status. Once a batch is in a posted status it can not be updated. |
Void | Select this option to void a matching percentage or amount to update the batch that way. |
Close | Select to close the tool. |

Double click selected batch. Is this any batch? This needs to be specific.
Select the accounts you would like to apply the rate change to. From where?
Select the Change Type and enter an amount or percentage of the adjusted rate and select Apply. What happens after Apply is selected?
Select Post with applied changes. This does more than simply post the changes, it posts the entire batch. Make sure your documentation is clear that once posted they can’t make any additional changes.

Click within the New Rate or Variance field. Only one of these can be manually adjusted - go to this tool in a test environment and test the fields.
