Feedback:

  1. Opening sentence/summary

    1. ‘This feature’ What feature?

    2. This feature ‘is to be able to’ - this is a lot of extra wording that makes the sentence difficult to read.

    3. ‘task has not been completed or more time is needed.’ This is related to services not completed, not tasks. Wording needs to be specific because services and tasks are two different things in this product.

    4. Your summary should include the parent/child relationship between the work order and the split order. From this you can include when a split order can be posted - if the parent is in either a posted or billed status.

  2. Split Orders section

    1. The first image showing how to create a split order should be placed under the summary or Split Orders.

      1. You don’t need to tell them how to create a split order, we will capture that in documentation and link it as an article. The “how to' you wrote can be removed.

This feature is to be able to add to an existing work order if a task has not been completed or more time is needed.

This tool splits to an existing work order if a service is not complete and allows a child account to be created. The child account will be assigned the rest of the Service and a Work Order can be created.
