  1. They’ve always been able to see the scheduled work type on the calendar, the only thing that has changed is the ability to see inactivity fees for On Call orders.

  3. Based on the image they wouldn’t understand what the arrows are trying to show them so I would also add into the release note how fees display based on setup…I can’t recall the name of the field that controls the time until they start to pay a daily rate.

The calendar details for a service location has been updated to display inactivity fees for active services where the service frequency was set to ‘On Call’. Charges will begin to display after the established grace period has ended (determined when the service was added). User can hover over the fee in the calendar to display additional details.
