Please review the ticket and Lori’s note - “setup \ system \ reason code - confirmed the ID field is not longer editable once saved. NAME can still be changed”. The image on the Jira ticket should help you understand where the change was made - you’re in the right area but didn’t go far enough.
The title will need to be updated as well as it doesn’t match the change.
The Name column on this page can no longer be edited after being saved.

Logic has been updated to prevent the Reason Code ID field from being edited upon save.
