To use the report features and generate the report, the following permissions are required:

Report Elements Descriptions
Element | Description |
|---|---|
Customer ID | ID used to identify the customer. Is padding (ref: 001) used after the customer ID here? |
Site Name | The name of the service location where the waste material was picked up. |
Work Order Number | The work order for the disposal service. |
Scheduled Date | The date the location was serviced. |
Disposal Location | The location where the waste material was taken for disposal. |
Material | Indicates the type of material that was transferred for disposal. |
Disposal Ticket Number | The ticket number received after the waste material was transferred to the disposal location? |
Weight In | Are trucks weighed before disposal and then after to determine the quantity? |
