Note to Isabel - The only change for this ticket was The Worker Calendar has been updated to display the note added in the tool tip Worker Availability Exception upon hovering over the Exception. The only reason we talked about where/how to add the note stemmed from a question you had written on the page. It would be okay to leave how to add a note, but then your images need to reflect a better pathway with the ‘Add Worker Availability Exception’ over the calendar image and an arrow pointing from the plus icon to the Add Worker Availability Exception popup.

Now you can added Worker Availability notes for that day by hover over a listed event in the Worker Calendar, any added notes for that Route’s workers exceptions in availability that day will show. - Please read through this again and you will notice the sentence structure is difficult to read and understand. Also, remove starting off with ‘Now’.

Worker Name Display Updated to Reflect Availability Exception (14222)

In Dispatch, if a worker has an Availability Exception, their name will display in red font followed by the exception type in parenthesis. Availability Exceptions are only indicators of a worker’s availability and do not prevent a worker from being assigned to a route.
