Pathway; Sales > Contract Expiration

The Contract Expiration tool displays

revenue made by each Sales Associate broken down by total Monthly Revenue, Under Contract, Expiring Next 90 Days, Expired / No Contract. Clicking on any of the value amounts will load the details in the display below.

Filter Fields

Filtering options are available and narrow down what displays on the screen. Filter options include: Division, and LOB (Line of Business).

The division assigned to the accounts.

Option to filter on the Line Of Business accounts are identified under.

Monthly Revenue

Displays the SUM of line item values from the Under Contract, Expiring in 90 Days and Expired/No Contract columns for each sales representative.

Under Contract

Displays the SUM of accounts under contract and what

Expiring Next 90 Days

This shows the amount per account expiring in the next 90 days.

Expired / No Contract

This shows the amount per account from expired accounts with no existing contract.

View Total Details

When you click on the total revenue for all contracts for selected search, the details will populate below on all contracts and details of each related to the amount.

When you click the total at the bottom, the details will populate below.

Descriptions

Site ID

The site identification number.

Ext ID

The ID of the external previous provider.

Type

The type of contract.

Status

Status of customer contract.

Name

Name of company under contract.

City

The city associated with each contract.

Monthly Rev.

The monthly revenue from each contract.

Term

The length of time for each contract.

Expiration

When each contract is set to expire.

Renewal

If and when each contract is set to renew.

Sales Rep

Which Sales Representative set up this contract.

Vendor

Who the current Vendor for this customer is.
