Pathway: Customer > Search (Accounts) > Calendar (Section)

The Customer Calendar tool displays actionable items applied to an account, records users who have viewed the account, and includes right-click functionality to access additional features such as adding an active service, or recording a customer request. The Calendar can be viewed in either Calendar view, or List view.

List View

  1. Section 1 : Calendar Image - helps user identify where they are at in product

  2. Section 2: Capture the Calendar/List View Toggle, Navigation between past and future months, Calendar Event drop down - filters what displays on the screen

  3. Section 3: Calendar Event Type Descriptions - use current calendar photo and combine Calendar Event descriptions into one table

List View

When in List View its lists all events and can be filtered Calendar Event type when you click the drop down at the top of the calendar portion.

Calendar Event Type

Description

Logins

Displays the login name for each user on the date they viewed the account.

Scheduled Holiday

Displays holidays that have been created in the Holiday Schedule tool. Hover over the holiday to see any added notes.

Manual Charges

Displays the name of the Charge Code for the Manual Charge. Select the Manual Charge to Add, Edit or Delete this charge.

Service Records

Shows when a Service Request has been recorded on the Calendar.

Rental Fee

Shows when a Rental Fee has been charged to the customer.

Service Changes

Shows the Service Charge Type on the day that it was posted to the account.

System

Shows the day any employee Login and who has viewed the account.

Appointment

Displays appointments recorded for the account. When an appointment is created, the selection from the Type field displays on the calendar.

Cancellation

Shows any cancellation of any events on the calendar that were previously set up.

Complaint

Shows any customer complaints and the date they were reported.

Email

Shows any emails sent out to this client and the date they set to be sent out.

Note

Displays Notes added to this account. When the note is created, the selection made in the Note Type field will display.

Task

Displays tasks created for the account. When a task is created, the task Type is displays on the calendar.

Text Message

Shows any text message generated alerts for the account.

Survey

When a survey is set to be set out to the customer to rate service.
