Pathway: Sales > Contract Expiration
The Contract Expiration tool is used by sales to monitor contracts soon-to-expire, have expired or that are under contract. The Contract Expiration screen is divided into two sections, the top section of the screen displays a summary of potential contract revenue by sales representative. The bottom section includes a breakdown of the revenue upon selection of a revenue amount.
Filter Fields
Filtering options are available and narrow down what displays on the screen. Filter options include: Division, and LOB (Line of Business).
Filter | Description |

Division | The division assigned to the accounts. |
LOB | Option to filter on the Line Of Business accounts are identified under. |
Field Descriptions
Click on an amount to view a detailed break down of the accounts it includes. This excludes values displayed under the Monthly Revenue column.

Monthly Revenue | Displays the SUM of line item values from the Under Contract, Expiring in 90 Days and Expired/No Contract columns for each sales representative. |
Under Contract | Displays the SUM of all accounts under contract for each sales representative. |
Expiring Next 90 Days | Displays the SUM of all accounts expiring in the next 90 days for each sales representative. |
Expired / No Contract | Displays the SUM of all expired accounts (with no contract) for each sales representative. |
View Total Details
Click on a total amount to view a detailed break down of the accounts it includes.

Site ID | Displays the site identification number. |
Ext ID | Displays the ID the account is under with their current provider. |
Type | Displays the type of contract. |
Status | Displays the status of the account. |
Name | Displays the name of the account. |
City | Displays the city the account is located in. |
Monthly Rev. | Displays the monthly revenue quoted in the contract. |
Term | Displays the Renewal Term identified in the contract. |
Expiration | Displays when the contract will expire. |
Renewal | Displays the Renewal Term selected in the contract. |
Sales Rep | Displays the name of the sales representative who created the contract. |
Vendor | Displays the accounts current vendor. |
