Posting Completed Services | 1. Select the numeric value from the Scheduled column for a route to display the Services List. | | 2. Select Billing from the drop down field to change the view of the Services List editor. 3. Double-click on the work order to display the Services Record editor. 4. Select Posted. | | Posting Exceptions | Select the numeric value from the Exceptions column for a route to display the Services List.

If an additional charge applies to the exception apply it here. To apply a charge: Select the green plus icon Search and select an applicable charge. Enter a quantity value in the Gross Qty field. Entries here will update the Charge Qty field.

Posting Completed Services
Double-click on the work order to display the Services Record editor
Check for notes from driver such as additional charges that should be added
On the Charges tab they are making sure a weight is there
If everything looks good they are going to change the Ready to Post to Posted
Close the window to display the Services List editor and the POsting Status will show Posted and there will be a value in the Revenue column for the Work Order.
If labels were created but a weight was not taken you will not be able to Post until it has been weighed
