This The Holiday Schedule tool helps you set up appropriate scheduled adjustments for observed holidays in the Calendar. You create the name of the holiday and any notes for that holiday. Then in the bottom portion you can schedule when it will effect the calendar and if it is an annual eventcreate a holiday schedule that will be shared to all customer calendars and customer portal. This tool includes two sections which allow recurring holidays to be scheduled out into future years.

Add Holiday Schedule Label

This Add Holiday Schedule tool is allows you to add a new name of a holiday create a label that will appear in the Calendar and effect the scheduleon all the customer calendar with any additional notes for this event.

  1. Select the green ‘+' icon and 'Add Holiday Schedule Item’ pop up label maker will appear.

  2. Add the Name of this Holiday to the name field.

  3. Add any additional notes for this event to the note field.

  4. Click save to add this label.

Schedule a Holiday

From the Holiday Schedule Items section, schedule holidays using the From Date and To Date fields for current and future years.
