Module Changes

Updated Module Layout

Modules have been reorganized and display as:

Home, Dashboard, Accounts (previously Customers), Sales, Operations, Accounting, Reports, SetUp, and Database.

Direct Pathways To Screens

  • Double click on Accounts icon - open search screen

  • Double click on Operations icon - open Dispatch

  • Double click on Sales icon - open Sales Management

  • Double click on Accounting icon - open Billing

Other Changes

The following terms when referencing customers, service locations and service points have been updated to:

  • Customers (including the Customer module) will be referred to as Accounts.

  • Service Locations will be referred to as Sites.

  • Service Points will be referred to as Service Locations.
