• Double click on Accounts icon - opens to Account Search

• Double click on Operations icon - opens to Dispatch screen

• Double click on Sales icon - opens to Sales Management screen

• Double click on Accounting icon - opens to Billing screen

Other Changes

The following terms when referencing customers, service locations and service points have been updated to:

• Customers (including the Customer module) will be referred to as Accounts.

• Service Locations will be referred to as Sites.

• Service Points will be referred to as Service Locations.
