Pathway: Sales > Pipelines > Opportunities

This page displays all Contracts and Proposals Sales Representatives currently have to help better keep track of current activity. The information is shown in a grid broken down by months prior month, current month, next month, in the next 2 months, to in the next 3+ months and high, medium, and low. Once an amount is selected it populates all the details about each proposal or contract below.

Offers that have been submitted already.

Proposal

That have received a formal proposal.

Order Form

That have received an order form.

Contracts/Service Agreements

With current contracts and service agreements.

Limit To New Business

Only new business or customers.

Temporary

Only temporary contracts or service agreements.

Permanent

Only permanent contracts or service agreements.

Understand The Grid

The grid displays the current possible new incoming customer contracts under review and displays current revenue and different details on incoming customer based on filtered search.

When you click on different current contract amounts the details based on you’re search will display below.

Field Descriptions

Descriptions

Proposal ID

The identification number for the proposal.

Site Name

The name of the location.

Next Step

If there is a red icon there are no further next steps. If there is a green icon than there is further correspondence needed and you can click directly on the icon to send a notification.

Sales Rep

The sales representative working on the account.

Monthly Rev.

The monthly revenue of the current contract or services.

Closing Date

The closing date of the external contract or services.

Start Date

The start date of the new contract or services.

Probability

The probability of attaining this new customer.

Format

The type of incoming business.

Form Type

The forms related for this incoming business.
