Pathway: Accounts > Accounts Request Management

The Account Request Management page allows you to see all the Account Request that have been sent in from the customers and filter the search by Division, Assigned To, Type, and Status.

Filter Fields Descriptions

Division

The Service Area this Account is from.

Assigned To

Who the Request was assigned too.

Type

Type of Request sent by customer.

Status

The status of whether this Request has been Not Completed or Completed, or Completed within a specific time frame.

Fields Descriptions

ID

The Request ID. number.

Type

The Type of Request sent by customer.

Assigned To

Who the Request has been assigned too.

Date

The date the Request was sent in.

Account/Site

The Account or Site this request is concerning.

Contact

The contact to contact back about handling this Request.

Note

Any notes added to this Request.

Completed By

Whom the task has been completed by.

Completed On

The date this request was completed.
