Identify the screen and don’t use “on this page” - I would also not refer to screens or popup windows as pages.
Image - Only the ID field was affected by the change. No need to highlight the name field. Also, make sure to include the title of the field in the border, not just the field where the entry is made. This applies to all image captures you are doing.
The Reason Code ID on this page can no longer be edited after being saved. However the name can still be edited.
Pathway: Set Up > System > Reason Code
