Pathway: Operations > Manifest Consolidation

Manifest Consolidation is the process of combining waste material into one manifest for transporting offsite. This article details the process users should follow to prepare open batches for shipping.

Prepare For Shipping

Transporter/Destination display on the printed manifest consolidation form - should we add this in somewhere?

If there is no transfer (scenario 1) Transporter and Destination are pulled from the route for the form.

  1. Click on the Status drop down and select ‘Open’.

  2. Select Load and only batches with an Open status will load.

  3. Right-click on the batch you would like to prepare for shipping and select Edit Batch. The Manifest Consolidation Batch popup editor will display.

  4. Enter a Transporter and Ship Date into the batch editor. These are required fields to mark batch ‘Ready to Ship’’

    • Transporter identifies who is taking the waste to the next location. Transporter setup is located in Setup > Operations > Transporter.

  5. Verify the location in the Destination field is correct and complete all other fields as needed. Click Save when finished.

  6. Right-click within the row of the batch and select ‘Mark Ready to Ship.’

After a batch has been updated to a ‘Ready to Ship’ status it will display under the Ready to Ship Status filter.
