Pathway: Operations > Manifest Consolidation

Manifest Consolidation is the process of combining waste material into one manifest for destruction. This article details the process users should follow to prepare open batches for shipping.

Prepare For Shipping

No Transfer

In many cases, waste is picked up from the collection site and transported only once to the facility where it is destroyed. The steps below highlight that process.

  1. Select the Source and Destination from the drop downs at the top of the screen. Then select ‘Open’ from the Status filter.

  2. Select Load to display only the batches with an open status.

  3. Right-click on the batch you would like to prepare for shipping and select Edit Batch. The Manifest Consolidation Batch popup editor will display.

  4. Enter a Transporter, Destination and Ship Date into the batch editor. These are required fields to mark the batch as ‘Ready to Ship’.

  5. After the batch has saved, right-click within the row of the batch and select ‘Mark Ready to Ship.’
