Changes to be made -

1 - rename the module icon on main screen from CUSTOMER to ACCOUNTS

2 - set the icons in this order - HOME, DASHBOARD, ACCOUNTS, SALES, OPERATIONS,ACCOUNTING, REPORTS, SETUP, DATABASE

3 - bind these key strokes -

  • double click on Customer icon - open search screen

  • double click on Operations icon - open Dispatch

  • double click on Sales icon - open Sales Management

  • double click on Accounting icon - open Billing

4 - move the language drop down to the User profile already completed under original ticket

5 - Rename all occurrences of “Customer” to “Account”

6 - Rename most occurrences of “Service Location” or “Location” to “Site”

  • Those not renamed are in reference to the geolocation of the Site (aka the Service Location)

7 - Rename all occurrences of “Service Point” to “Service Location”

8 - Fixed hotkeys -

Windows

Alt+Shift+S = Customer Search
Alt+Shift+C = Create Account
Alt+Shift+O = Order Processing
Alt+Shift+M = Sales Management
Alt+Shift+B = Billing
Alt+Shift+D = Dispatch
Alt+Shift+Z = Back button

Mac / Linux

Ctrl+Shift+S = Customer Search
Ctrl+Shift+C = Create Account
Ctrl+Shift+O = Order Processing
