Active Services display in the customer’s account within the Active Services section as well as in the Calendar on the servicing date. This article provides a basic understanding of the active services features you will see when viewing a customer’s account.

Icons

The following icons display in the Customer Account screen:

Color Display

Services and their details display as a colored banner within the Services section of an account.

If a service has ended (and the end date is in the past), the service will no longer display red in the Active Services section. Ended services are archived and can be viewed by selecting the Rate History icon.
