Schedule an On Call Order

Pathway: Customer > Search > Accounts

The following process applies to scheduling On-Call pickups. Fields in red are required and must be completed in order to save and schedule the order. Fill in any additional fields based on your company’s requirements for scheduling on-call orders.

 

Create On Call Order

Customer Account Selections

  1. Right-click on the requested servicing day from the Calendar in the customer’s account.

  2. Select Create On-Call Order from the pop-up list for the ‘Create On Call Order’ editor to display.

Create On Call Order Editor Fields

  1. Select the Scheduled Date for servicing.

  2. Enter the name of the person requesting the service in the Requested By field.

  3. Select an account Contact. Only previously created account contacts display in the drop down list.

  4. Enter a PO Number.

  5. Select a Service Code from the drop down list. This identifies the type of material in the container.

  6. Select the Order Type. Example: Dump & Return.

  7. Select the desired route from the Route field.

  8. Select a Reason Code from the drop down list as to why the on-call order is needed.

  9. Add any Service Charges for the service.

  10. Click Save when finished.
