Pathway: Customer > Waste Profile Management

The Waste Profile Management tool provides an overall view of all waste profiles across all sites. From the Waste Profile Management tool users can quickly review and manage waste profiles.

Waste Profile Management (Tab) - Manage Waste Profiles

The Waste Profile Management tab displays a list of expired waste profiles across all sites.

Use the Division, Limit to Has Active Services and Limit to Expired Profiles filtering options to limit the accounts that display.

  1. Select the Waste Profile Management tab.

  2. Review the accounts that display. If needed, select within the row of an account, or select the Site Name and you will be directed to the site’s customer screen.

  3. Select the green Renew icon and the waste profile will be renewed. The system will auto-save the change.

Missing Waste Profiles (Tab) - Link Waste Profiles

Select a Division from the Division drop down to only display the selected Division’s sites.

The Missing Waste Profiles tab displays a list of waste profiles that are not linked to a charge code across all sites. From here, review the list and link the waste profile to the charge code.

  1. Select the Missing Waste Profiles tab.

  2. Review the accounts that display. If needed, select within the row of an account, or select the Site Name and you will be directed to the site’s customer screen

  3. Select the green Link icon and the waste profile will be linked to the charge code
