Interactive Map - Route Management

Pathway: Operations > Route Management
An interactive map is available in both the Pending and Current tabs. Use the interactive map features to assist in identifying which route to place a new service on and mass edit routes for existing services. Map features will differ between the Pending and Current tab.
Pending (Tab) Interactive Map
Use the features of the map to determine the best route to add a service location to.
Apply a week day filter to match the service location’s requested pickup day.
Switch between the days of the week to view service locations of each route.
Select the location pin of other service locations to display their servicing details.
Refer to the color Legend for route identification.
Current (Tab) Interactive Map
The interactive map available in the Current tab, displays scheduled service locations. Using the map’s interactive tools, users can make route changes to one or multiple locations at a time.
Tool | Description |

Map Type | Map based on the following options:

Marker Clustering | Auto-groups locations that are in close proximity to one another and displays a total count for the area. |
Day of Week | Select to display routes by specific day(s) of the week. |
Week Offset | Select to only display A day routes, or B day routes. |
Frequency | Select to display routes based on their pickup frequency. |
Next Scheduled Date | Select to display routes for a specific date. |
Radius Tools | Draw or circle a radius around targeted locations and right-click to edit only locations within the radius. To remove, right-click and select Remove Shape. |
Map/Satellite Toggle | Toggle between Map or Satellite views. |
Zoom | Zoom in or zoom out of an area. |
Legend | Provides a color legend to identify routes. |
